Janis Properties acquired a new property for renovation! What's exciting about this home is that it's in front of 2 acres of lake, the Barker Meadow Reservoir, and has a really nice sweeping views of the mountain and trees. We're getting it ready for the winter, and we wanted to make sure all the outside work is done before it gets tough going up here. We plan to do a complete renovation and create a new deck with a patio door that opens to a view of the lake! We're so excited for this project and we'll keep you posted on the construction progress!
