Dave Janis here at 173 Alpine in Nederland. We bought the house in August and got access in September. We are just at the point where the house is getting closed up and we can start inside. All the siding, windows, soffits, roof, and inside framing are done. Plumbing is roughed in and electrical is done. We are a little but behind on schedule and a little over budget. Because the budget is changing we’re going with higher-end finishes. We have views and soon we will have a beautiful deck. This is my most exciting project of the year!
