Dave Janis here at 173 Alpine in Nederland. We just want to give you an update about what's going on with our construction projects. We got a call that we had a squatter at this house. Maybe it's the it’s that time of the year. I’m actually surprised about this one because we are a mile out of town and someone would have had to drive here to know about it.
We needed to do something about it because he was trying to start a fire in the fireplace, and we didn’t want the place burning down. So, we got a security system to prevent future break-ins and the cameras are spread throughout the property. Hopefully, this would fix the problem and they would think twice about getting in. Stay tuned as we keep you posted on more of our construction updates!
