Today we are at the studio of 173 Alpine, Nederland. This home has  a unique garage with wooden floor. We looked into the engineering and confirmed that it's totally safe. The landscaper will be here to build retaining walls.

As you can see, we have beautiful, sweeping views of the water. We also have beautiful views of the trees, and that's what we love about being up here because it feels like we're in the woods. So the question that we have is, do we cut down some of the trees? We do not want to clear cut the property but if we were to have some view of the lake, how many trees or which ones do we have to cut?
