1820 Spruce Avenue: Decision to Sell

Janis Properties giving you an update on 1820 Spruce Avenue in Longmont. We're trying to decide whether we should sell or rent the house. We've been looking into the market because it's a big factor in the price we should get for the home. Just in the last week, we saw increase in the market activity. We sold 4 houses that were in prices that I didn't think was possible! That tells me the market is really hot and it's a good time  to sell. We're going to take advantage of the market and we're going to list Spruce today at $519,000. We just had it staged and the house looks amazing!
