1820 Spruce Avenue: Renovation Project
Dave with Janis Development up here in Longmont, 1820 Spruce Avenue. We got a real cute mid-century modern house. We purchased it a couple of months ago. We're in the process of renovation right now. We had the outside painted. We got the roof, siding and soffits done. Let's go inside and take a quick peak of what's going on in there!
Inside, we just finished painting, textured all the walls and out down the popcorn ceilings. We got new cabinets and electrical box. We have a lot of updates in the house and one of my favorite is the fireplace because it's mid-century modern made out of stacked brick that was popular back then and it's actually in-style again today. We also got some new doors, windows and sliders. We're opening up the kitchen too so we could add brand new soft-close cabinets, sink and appliances.
