2940 14th Street: Newest Construction Project
Here we are at 2940 14th Street in North Boulder. As it's gotten colder we've had a number of calls from the police and neighbors that we've had squatters. So we decided, it's time to demo the house because it's something we need to do anyway. Part of the process with the demo permit is we've got to do asbestos abatement, get the water and electricity shut off. We got the sewer line capped and then we got a call from the neighbor the next day that their sewer line is clogged up. Hopefully it's just a coincidence but we are looking into it and will keep you posted.
