4362 Peach: Construction Update

This pretty cool house in Orange Orchard is about three quarters of an acre, with a giant 4-car garage, and a 2,400 sqft house. We're doing something really cool inside and I wanted to show you what we have. This house was built in the late 80s and they're really chopped off. They have the closed off kitchen and closed off dining room. So, we bought these giant pieces of steel, engineered and designed, and we're going to be putting these up in the ceiling. Let's take a look inside and see where the carpenters are going to put them.

Inside the house, we have a bunch of walls and a very choppy kitchen. We're trying to figure out how we could open it up. Those steal beams are going right above, tucked into the ceiling. We also have this airduct that we're rerouting. So when you walk into the house, you'll have an open kitchen with French doors, big island and just really open space, bright and sunny.
